Players, either individually or in teams, are challenged to sort 39 cards into four categories: landfill waste, recycling, compost, and items that require special disposal. This game of Dumpster Dive tests participants on their knowledge of the proper disposal of common household items. It encourages participants to make good choices like using curbside recycling, e-waste recycling programs, and sanitation convenience centers! This game was created by high school Trash Academy Leaders in collaboration with artist Margaret Kearney and environmental educator Ciara Williams.
